I kind of wish the author had started the story from the final chapter and gone on from there, and not given us the ridiculous and silly story she did.Overall, this is a very average yaoi with better than average artwork. (While the two main characters were somewhat unappealing to me, I do have to say that the secondary characters sparkled, especially in the final chapters).
While the art is lovely, the story and characters fall flat. I have to admit, I bought this because of the very pretty cover art (You would have thought I'd have learned my lesson after reading Seven, but no.).
Atsumi seemed very inconsistent to me - I simply couldn't make sense of why he did the things he did, and it made my reading experience quite frustrating. Sakuya is the *most* irritating, whiney and ridiculous vampire I've ever read, in any genre.
I wanted to smack him more than I wanted him to find his happily ever after, which is not a good sign when reading a romance novel. The plot meandered along up until the very final pages, at which point the author threw in a huge curveball, which was fascinating (though not given the detail it should have).
If you're into the genre, it's probably worth a read; however, I know for myself that it won't end up on my 'keeper' shelf.
The cover for this yaoi manga is what caught my attention. )I recommend this for any yaoi readers who haven't picked it up yet. The art was great as well; I quite like this mangaka.( I think I may have a fetish with weird relationships.
It certainly wasn't a disappointment. Vampires. I have read quite a number of yaoi mangas and this one piqued my interest greatly.
Maybe. I originally read a brief summary of the book online and later decided to pick up the actual manga to read. The storyline was cute and I thought the way the manga started out was a great way to grab the reader's attention.

This was the first that caught my attention. I am an absolute vampire fan and when I saw both vampires and yaoi combined, I couldn't resist the temptation to buy it. I'd give it 10 stars if possible

I have always been a vampire fan and just recently got into yaoi and I have to say if you like both then you will love this manga - its simple to read and trust me you wont want to put it down.
